A son of modern stallion Clintissimo Z who jumped at 1.35/1.40m level under Gerd Sosath most recently.

Clintissimo Z is sire of the licensed stallions Clintrexo Z, Calais Z and Captain Van Overis Z.

His sire Clinton I was a Grand Prix winner himself and is closely related to Levisto Z and Zandor Z.

The mother line brings the blood of the famous Indoctro. 2nd dam Galanka jumped herself at 1.35m and carries the valuable TB blood of Apollonuis. Indoctro is is the #1 sire in the index of Holstein Studbook and is a sought after stud stallion worldwide, with his offspring being well regarded for their modern type, work ethic and exceptional athleticism. 

Vicki Wilson took an instant liking to the rangy grey stallion. He had an exceptional temperament, beautiful conformation and a scopey, effortless jump.

Since arriving home in New Zealand Carpaccio has stunned us with his athleticism, type and beautiful temperament. We are excited to showcase him on the Show Jumping circuit this year.
